We hope the following terms would be helpful to
our future cooperation.
Reservation/ confirmation/ full payment
Upon receipt your request, we will check
and inform you the availability and then confirm
your booking. You do not have to deposit when
booking tour in our company. But at least 30 days
before departure of the tour you have to pay at
least 20 %
of the land price. Final payment of the tour
price must be done 24 hours before departure of
the tour or pay on your arrival in
Vietnam;
otherwise we may automatically consider the tour
is cancelled by the client.
Voucher
You will get your voucher after we receive
your reconfirmation and/ or your first payment.
Warranty
In some cases, to hold your reservation,
especial in peak season, hotels will require your
credit card details or guarantee. We will email
you a credit card authorization form. To validate
the guarantee, you will have to fill a form with
all required details and return to us by fax or
email.
Payment
Payment can be made in cash, by credit
card or combination

methods). Except for
cash payment, all bank service charge of the
transfer must be paid by the client. Our bank

Cancellation
Incase of cancellation, we will not impose
any charge, as we try to provide the best service
to you, but if the hotels, carriers and other
contractors apply charges for cancellation, you
have to pay those charges. Cancellation policies
vary, depending on the type of the service, time
of year, etc, you can pay the charge to us or to
concern parties directly as the case may be.
Refund
For NO-SHOWS, there will be no refund.
Some services included in the tour that not
utilized by the tour member may be refunded if the
service is not booked in advance.
Claims
All dispute, claims and litigation
regarding the Services shall first be settled by
way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In
the event such negotiation and mutual
understanding would fail, the disputes, claims or
litigation shall be finally settled by arbitration
of the Vietnam International Arbitration (VIAC) at
the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the
Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be
submitted in writing 30 days after the end of the
Services. |
