My sincere apologies for not writing to you as promised but I have been
extremely busy at work and it has been very tiring as well.
Thank you for your email and we are all doing well.
I just wanted to say thank you for your excellent service. We were very
impressed with the service we were offered by yourself and we would be more than
happy to recommend your company to any of our friends or families wanting to
visit your beautiful country. You fixed any issues that arose which was not in
your control and that was just brilliant customer service.
By God's grace if all goes well, we look forward to coming to Vietnam next
year summer time and would be happy for you to arrange our itinerary as we know
we will get fantastic service and honesty.
