Maichau - Ninhbinh Trekking, Home Stay

Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi - Maichau (L, D)
Depart from your hotel in Hanoi at 6:30am. Arrive in Maichau and have lunch in a local stilt house. Drive to the picturesque Ma River for a short rowboat ride of 30 min. Get off the boat and trek through Muong hill tribe villages for 2 hrs. Return to Thai Ethnic village in Maichau for dinner and home stay.
Day 2: Maichau - Ninhbinh (B, L, D)
Enjoy breakfast in the stilt house then start trekking for 3 hours around the beautiful Maichau valley to visit Muong and Thai minority villages. Arrive back to your home stay for a lunch prepared by your Thai hosts. Enjoy the stunning scenery over mountain passes as you transfer to Ninhbinh. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 3: Ninh binh - Hanoi (B, L)
After breakfast you're off to visit Kenh Ga for a row boat trip on a river that winds its way through verdant rice paddies visit a local minority village and explore an expansive cave. After a picnic lunch, transfer to Hoalu, the ancient capital of Vietnam, for a visit to the King Dinh and Le Temples. Bus ride back to Hanoi.
