We do not have a state-of-the-art online booking system partly due to technological weakness, but key reason is we like to understand your needs in person. You'll almost always contact to the same tour operator to the end of your trip. That person will take time to deeply understand your requirement and try his/her best to bring you an unforgettable holiday with interesting experience.
1- Upon receipt your requirement, our staffs will check and inform you the availability and price for the certain service. No service can be confirmed until Tuan Linh Travel receives your written confirmation by email or fax, along with your payment information.
2- In order to tailor programs and offer best things for your trip to Vietnam, all our service suppliers require warranty. That is the reason why you have to pay minimum 20% of the land price for tours service and the deposit must be done at least 30 days before departure of the tour. For other services like visa, hotel or tickets reservation, the deposit (vary in each booking) should be paid as early as possible to secure the best availability.
3- Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a voucher (See sample of voucher) via fax or email to confirm and ensure that you are in the heart of our services.
4- Final payment of the service cost must be done 24 hours before departure of the tour or pay on your arrival in Vietnam, otherwise we may automatically consider the service be cancelled by the client.
