Discovering pristine beauty of Ru Cha mangrove forest

Nestled on Tam Giang Lagoon in Huong Phong Commune in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue, Ru Cha mangrove forest is touted as a worthwhile destination for those longing for a place without earsplitting noises and with a tranquil space and poetic landscapes to escape the sultry atmosphere and stuffy city life.
The forest, surrounded by rivers and lakes, is endowed with diverse ecosystems with many valuable flora and fauna species, helping bring a stable subsistence livelihood for local residents.
It is therefore is also a good venue for those who want to forget about work and hide from the scorching heat these days.
In order to reach the destination, travelers should follow National Highway No.49 to Thuan An Beach, and then turn left to Tam Giang Bridge.
Around 15km from Hue City, the primeval mangrove forest offers great chances for tourists to learn more about hard life of local fishermen, take a boat trip amidst the untouched natural beauty and savor rustic food prepared by local residents.
