The Mountain View Hotel is located in the center of Sapa, at the corner of Sa Pa market & Cau May Street. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Catcat Village & a 10-minute walk to Ham Rong Moutain.

This Ninh Hong Mountain View Hotel and Restaurant recently replaced an older hotel establishment that Mrs. Ninh Hong started in 1996 near the Sa Pa Market. Before going into the hotel business, Mrs. Hong studied veterinary science at the University near Hanoi. Missing Sapa, she returned and became its first female trekking guide. 

The hotel has been upgraded as requested by travelers.

23 rooms with magnificent views through large bay windows. Features include cable TV, telephone, large comfortable beds, and bathrooms with hot shower. Some deluxe rooms have fireplaces.  

Standard: 20 rooms at underground level but offer balcony; 6 rooms are street view and 17 rooms are Mountain View; 12 m2.

Superior: 6 rooms with fireplace & balcony facing mountain; 16 m2.

Deluxe: 5 rooms with big balcony offer magnificent view of the Hoang Lien Son Mountain; 16m2.

Restaurant: Hotel restaurant serves a range of delicious and healthy Vietnamese, Asian, and European foods. Packed picnic lunches for trekkers are also readily available.
