It was a pleasure to use your service – I was trying to book train tickets very late for new year and had many difficulties findings seats available. When I contacted you I was very surprised and happy to find that you could find tickets for me - for that I was very grateful. The tickets were delivered to the hotel at the time stated and the process was very smooth and simple. You were very helpful.
